About the Conference
With technical assistance from the US DHS S&T Directorate, US DHS DNDO, and the US DOE NNSA; and the ninth annual IEEE Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security HST’09, will focus on novel and innovative technologies, which address the most pressing national security problems.

The conference will bring together innovators from leading universities, research laboratories, Homeland Security Centers of Excellence, small businesses, system integrators and the end user community and provide a forum to discuss ideas, concepts and experimental results.

Call for Papers
The Conference is seeking technical papers in the following matrix of tracks and technical sessions (see below). Technical papers submitted should focus on near and next generation technologies capable of deployment within 5 years. The technical paper focus should be on applied research, addressing hard problems where breakthroughs are needed.

2 page, MS Word with maximum 500 words + author(s) title, name, address,
phone, fax, email and organization affiliation must be submitted.
On a separate page, principal presenting author biography {max 100 words}.
