ECIPC 09 may not be the biggest paranormal event in Indiana; however it is not about being the biggest. Our focus is on educating the public and aspiring investigators. Feel free to discuss your past experiences, questions on methodology, or anything that you can think of, with any of the many paranormal investigators at the conference.
