Program Purpose / Objectives
Program Purpose/Objectives: To provide a review of medical and psychological issues regarding women’s health issues encountered by the Family Physician and physicians in other specialties as well as psychologists and other health care personnel. To highlight and explore in depth current medical and psychological concerns of women in regard to themselves, their intimate relationships, their children and/or parents – such as anxiety disorders, sexual dysfunctions, affective disorders, eating disorders, migraine headaches, psycho-cardiology problems, and decisions regarding cosmetic surgery and chronic pain syndrome
