KATHY LONG
She is Principal of the Process Renewal Group. Since the mid-1980s, her focus has been on helping organizations understand and improve their business performance through improved processes. She has experience in a wide variety of industries including leasing, manufacturing, customer service, telecommunications, banking, petrochemicals, government and retail, and she has worked in many parts of the world, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, South America, the West Indies and Africa. Ms. Long has extensive experience with process improvement techniques and projects and the application and evaluation of automated tools. She is regarded as realistic practitioner who believes people are one of the critical factors for success in any process improvement initiative. Ms. Long speaks at numerous conferences and leadership events around the world. To date she has conducted over 500 seminars, frequently translated into other languages, and has presented to over 15,000 Professionals.
