As leaders in programs, agencies, education and policy organizations, we are all well aware of the challenges faced in providing high quality, affordable afterschool and out of school programming to our youth. Along with the rewards of the profession come hurdles ? some of which we?ve gotten over ? some of which are still ahead. And we know we can?t ? and don?t need to ? do it alone.
