SCOPE OF CONFERENCE:
The purpose of this conference is to present at a single forum bringing together the state of the art of technology on all aspects related to the recent advances in materials like metals, ceramics, polymers, composite materials, etc. The conference will provide an opportunity for presenting the latest advances in materials, processing and evaluation to researchers from various R & D organisations and academic institutions and also engineers
from industries.

CONFERENCE FEE:
The full registration fee includes participation in all sessions, programmes
and a copy of abstract, refreshments, lunch, dinner and also a full set of
conference proceedings.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT:
The extended abstract (about 500 words) can be submitted either by email
or hard copy, must carry sufficient information for fair assessment and
should contain the following.
Full title of the paper
Name(s) of author(s), affiliation and full address with
telephone numbers and e-mail addresses
Objectives, results and conclusion of the work
After provisional acceptance of the abstract, the full paper will be peerreviewed
before final acceptance. The guidelines for preparing a camera
ready paper will be provided along with the provisional acceptance letter.
PROCEEDINGS:
After review, all the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be made available at the conference. Few selected papers will be recommended to publish in “National Journal of Technology”, Coimbatore, India.
ACCOMMODATION: Limited accommodation will be provided by the college on first come first serve basis. However, accommodation will be available in many hotels of Vijayawda city at reasonable tariff on payment. The detailed information on hotels will be sent along with the acceptance of full paper.

Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education established in the year 1975 is sponsoring 18 Educational institutions including two Engineering colleges and one Medical college to cater quality education to the people in and around Vijayawada city in the state of Andhra Pradesh.Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College (VRSEC) is established in the year 1977 as the first self financing engineering college in the state of A.P. It is located in a vast expanse of 24 acres of land abutting to Vijayawada city at a distance of about 6 Kms from the city centre. The institution offers 7 undergraduate programmes and 7 Post graduate programmes. The teaching staff, totaling 190 at present, comprises well qualified professionals with varied experience and back-ground. The faculty members take interest in continuing education and are actively engaged in research work and publish their findings regularly in standard national and international journals.
The college has been accredited twice for a period of 3 years, in 1998 and 2004 by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi in respect of all Engineering disciplines. The institution is also Certified with ISO 9001: 2000. The department of Mechanical Engineering has been existing since inception of the college and currently offering UG and PG programmes. The department has well equipped laboratories, CAD lab with highly advanced hardware and software, state-of-the-art E-class room and all necessary accessories. The department is also offering consultancy services to the local industries in and around Vijayawada.
ABOUT VIJAYAWADA CITY:
Vijayawada formerly known as Bezwada is located on the bank of river Krishna in the coastal area of Andhra Pradesh in the southern region of India. The highest temperature gets recorded in late May and early June, usually about 400 C. Between August and January the temperate weather conditions exist. The city is a large commercial centre and famous for Goddess KanakaDurga temple on the Indrakiladri hills. Vijayawada is also a renowned education center in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The city is connected to the airport at a distanceof 10 Km located at Gannavaram.
