The Faculty of Business at Akdeniz University and the School of Sport, Leisure and Travel at Buckinghamshire New University are pleased to announce the 2008 International Tourism Conference on ¡§Culture & Tourism: Issues & Debates.¡¨ This conference has been scheduled to take place at the ¡§Belediye Kültür Merkezi¡¨ in Alanya, Turkey.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for tourism scholars, practitioners and other stakeholders with an opportunity to explore contemporary and future issues and debates concerning the planning and management of event and cultural tourism and to exchange ideas and information in planning and management of cultural and event tourism. Additionally, the conference will offer a unique networking opportunity to scholar, industry experts, practitioners, government officials and policy makers.
