PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Prospective authors are expected to present their paper at the conference.
The deadline for abstracts/proposals is 30 MAR 2008.

PUBLICATIONS:
Accepted papers will be published with ISBN. And 20 best papers after revision will be sent to reputed journals with ISSN.
PAPER FORMAT:
The format of submitted papers must follow the IEEE conference proceedings guidelines (i.e., 8.5" x 11", Two-Column Format (PDF: instruct.pdf; DOC: instruct.doc);
Submitted papers will be undergoing through blind review of two independent experts. Acceptance Notification will be sent to corresponding authors on APRIL-15.
