Topics include, but not limited too: Creating and sustaining effective school climate/culture; Transforming low performing schools to schools of quality; Teamwork and empowerment; Intervention programs for student engagement; Understanding today's youth and much, much more.
Teams of teachers/administrators are encouraged to participate so that learning communities can be developed. Teams will become agents of change for school reform and sustainability efforts. Teacher candidates from teacher education programs are encouraged to attend. They will learn more from this conference regarding teaching today's youth than any pedagogy course could provide.
