The aim of this International Conference on Nanotechnology : Opportunities and challenges is to provide a platform for eminent researchers from both academia and industry as well as graduate students to exchange/share their ideas/concepts/ about the latest developments in Nanotechnology. The conference will provide an opportunity to the researchers to present their latest results in various areas in Nanotechnology and to interact with fellow researchers. It will also provide a platform for launching International collaborations and joint venture projects. This is the first International conference on Nanotechnology to be hosted by the Center of Nanotechnology, King Abdul Aziz University. All boards and committees of the conference hold a great pride that the conference is to be held under the personal patronage of The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz
