Introduction.
Key regional political leaders and executives will profile the opportunities, development initiatives, and regulatory environments in the North West region of Russia. All sessions will operate in an interactive format with an additional session for presentations focusing on attractive investment opportunities in the region.
The second part of the seminar will be dedicated to professional discussion through 4 roundtables that will cover key topics, including; construction project preparation, implementation and management, project financing, and technological applications. Roundtables will be conducted by high-level specialists, including: lawyers, economists, project developers, builders and many others.
