| Description |
During this 2-day program, participants will learn the elements of a risk management plan and how to use the plan to deal with risks. Using a Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology example, a tool called a Risk Tracker will be completed throughout the class by small groups, applying the techniques discussed during the lectures in order to stimulate more in-depth understanding of the risk management process.
