| Description |
The increasing worldwide demand for energy, inadequate supply of oil and the environmental regulations are opening new horizons for the global market of natural gas and its derivatives. However, there are ample challenges facing the transportation and marketing of natural gas, which have to be addressed in the coming years.
Following the success of the first conference on Iranian gas exports, the second international conference on the Iranian gas exports is to be held in Tehran on October 4th and 5th 2008. This year, the conference will focus on the development of gas industry and challenges in the worldwide gas markets.
The conference aims to provide a real picture of the world gas markets and particularly give an objective view of the gas export opportunities and potentials of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The conference will also deal with the technical and investments issues within the gas industry as well as marketing and strategic concerns.
