Toughening of structural epoxy adhesives is still one of the major requirements of the end-user design engineers. There is almost too much literature on the subject and so it is essential to obtain an overview to enable a rationalization to take place in development projects.
This seminar should aid in this endeavor by providing specific knowledge which could lead to short cuts or open up new avenues of R&D. Information as to optimum loadings of various tougheners will be given, which again should help reduce R&D time.
