Overview
This 3-day course will present proven methods for supervisors and managers to achieve measurable organizational results of their direct reports by managing and altering their behavior (exactly what they do). The course addresses how to precisely identify human performance in organizations, how to objectively measure it, how to maximize performer learning through feedback systems, and how to accelerate performance through positive reinforcement techniques. Participants are encouraged to prepare for the class by bringing examples of current performance challenges in their respective functional areas. The course is designed to help participants increase the performance of their direct reports, and to introduce specific techniques for interpreting, predicting, and influencing behavior in a positive work environment. Course fees include “Behavioral Analysis Science” continuous learning software.
