Description The Annual Conference 2008 will focus on climate change. Concerns about the effects of climate change are being considered at national and international levels in a variety of disciplines. The impact on international law has not been explored to any significant extent. This conference will explore the effects of climate change on international law, both from within and outside the law, and through international and comparative perspectives. This is a very timely conference with the growing recognition of the need for international cooperation and regulation, as part of a rule of law, being a vital aspect for the future.
