| Description |
This summit will examine and create dialogue with top business and government leaders on the role project management plays as a strategic business tool.
This is a one day Summit that will consist of five project management topics and presented by active project management trainers and professionals.
Total learning and project management exposure is six hours.
The following PMBOK topics areas will be covered in this one day summit:
1. Project Management Integration
2. Project Human Resource Management
3. Project Quality Management
4. Project Time Management
5. Project Scope Management
The objectives for the Summit are the followings:
1.Provide the participants with information about Project Management Leadership in the 21st century.
2.Introduce participants to the dynamic aspect of positive acknowledgement and the power of praise in a project environment.
3. Provide participants with the latest information regarding best practices in project management training.
4. Introduce students to the growing demand for business analysis in a project management environment. Provide participants with an updated role of the BA and their relationship with the Project Manager.
5. Discuss the benefits of managing and maintaining project quality using Six Sigma methods.
6. Present state of the art information about Microsoft Projects. Help Participants Bridge the gap with understanding the power of the software to manage their projects.
