| Description |
The Nurse Manager Academy is conducted "in residence" for all attendees, even those who come from only a few miles away. Participants agree that the residential requirement allows them to immerse themselves in the curriculum and to interact with their peers in a way that no other format can duplicate. Individual sleeping rooms provide a quiet retreat for 5 nights (Sunday - Thursday). Group dining, from Sunday breakfast through lunch on Thursday, provides opportunities to connect professionally and socially. Rooms, meals, and daytime snacks are included in the course tuition.
