G.L.O.W’s Vision is to unite Ladies all over the Las Vegas Valley and beyond as well as be an
encouragement to women by teaching and challenging them to put biblical
principles as well as personal God given gifts into action in their daily lives, by
strengthening the structure of their family and by enhancing the work of their gifts
in their local church and beyond.
G.L.O.W. Conferences proudly promote and support Entrepreneurs in their
God given dreams and gifts, and we invite them to be an active part of these

G.L.O.W. Conferences also invite you to be a part of this ministry by
encouraging every Christ centered gift of song, dance, book writing, cooking,
teaching, artistry, decorating, event planning, marketing, photography, musician,
poets, etc; to enlarge your territory and share your gifts with all Ladies
