MGI-CHINA PRIVATE EQUITY CONFERENCE 2008

Following the success of the First MGI Private Equity in China Conference, we are delighted to outline the 2nd Annual Conference "The Build-up of an Onshore Chinese Private Equity Market".
The Private Equity Market in China is maturing and there are developing trends to create an onshore market based on the creation of a VC/PE model for home - grown Chinese GP's and LP's.
The conference will also address the investment rational to create Chinese funds of PE Funds based on the experience acquired in the west. The emergence of a secondary market will be also discussed and address in parallel with the recent evolution in Western Europe and prior in the US.
