Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc. (The MiL, Inc.) will be sponsoring a Food Health and Safety Microbiology Seminar on October 24, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (975 N. Warson Rd., St. Louis, MO 63132).
The seminar is a one day series of speakers from both the industry and academia covering concerns from a real world viewpoint as well as analytical food microbiology issues, food safety and technology.

The registration fee is $195 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Each participant will also receive either a premium backpack or laptop bag with resource materials.
