The Computer World Congress, 2nd International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology ICETET-2009 is to be held at Shanghai, China during 11-16 October 2009. The ICETET 2009 Multi-Conference includes five conferences viz. HISA 2009, AWCT 2009, WTIM 2009, DIPA 2009 and ESCA 2009

Papers must be written in English and describe original work. Submitted papers, either for review or publication, must be formatted in the standard IEEE double column proceeding format and conform to the IEEE Explore requirements for PDF files. All papers must be submitted through the conference submission website www.icetet.org
For the purposes of review, all papers are limited to 6 pages. Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors of the paper must register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society. All accepted papers will appear in IEEE Computer Society online store, IEEE-Xplore, IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries, IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI and other indexing services.
