II. The Role and the Significance of Real Estate Development in Croatia
Real estate market depends on many disciplines which in the process of property development are mutually intertwined and dependant one on the other. To create and maintain balanced development with successful structure, you need to have mutual coordination of public and private activities. Following topics will be discussed:

2. Application of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction
3. Spatial Planning, Urbanism, Construction and the Process of Issuing Permits

III. City of Zagreb
City of Zagreb is the capital and the biggest city of the Republic of Croatia. Zagreb is cultural, scientific, economic, politic and administrative centre of Republic of Croatia.
Therefore, one Conference panel is dedicated to Zagreb and its development strategies and projects.
IV. Overview of the Real Estate Development in the South-Eastern European Countries
During last few years countries of the South-Eastern Europe have been undergoing significant positive changes in the real estate development. Every market of each particular country is individual, but there are certain mutual or comparable characteristics that compose the common identity of the whole region. Each of the particular country will be represented by an expert from that country.
A large number of renowned and distinguished local and international speakers will be invited to the Conference. We hold strong belief that at least 500 local and international businessmen and real estate experts will be present at the Conference.
Conference languages are Croatian and English.
The speakers will be presenting, at their own choice in English or Croatian language including simultaneous translation to the other language. The participants of the Conference can ask questions in any of the two mentioned languages.
