"Achieving Excellence through an Integrated Approach"

The scope of the GM2009 conference is wide and covers all aspects of Management, from financial to human resources, touching all the technical and the wider issues arising from them.

Papers, up a maximum of 7000 words, are invited on any of the topics below or related fields and should be submitted, via e-mail to gm09-submission@iask-web.org. Final camera-ready papers must conform to the author guidelines and must not exceed ten pages in length.

Please note that the language of the conference is English. However, for some parallel sessions, papers in Portuguese and Spanish will be accepted (this includes publication).

All submissions, except invited talks, are subject to a blind refereeing process.

Papers up to three pages may be accepted for poster presentation.


Additional Information

Proceedings will be in black and white print so, please, be careful with colours used in figures, tables and graphs. Also, don't forget the 7000 words limit. Please, do not send abstracts. Only full papers will be accepted for reviewing. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the appropriate conference fee for the paper to be printed in the conference proceedings. A reduced fee is payable for each additional paper. Conference fees include all conference sessions, all timetabled refreshments, luncheons, conference receptions, excursion, social dinner and copies of the conference proceedings in book and CD form. Please note that if you do not attend the conference for any reason, only the CD with the proceedings will be sent to your mail address upon request (extra mail charges are paid if you want the book of proceedings).
