VIEW Conference | Digital Convergency
VIEW Conference is the premiere international event in Italy on Computer Graphics, Interactive Techniques, Digital Cinema, 3D Animation, Gaming and VFX.
VIEW 2009 will continue to focus on exploring the increasingly fluid boundary between real and digital worlds. Through lectures, meetings, tributes, exhibits, screenings and demo presentations VIEW will reveal the new digital frontier sweeping from cinema to architecture, from automotive design to advertisement, from medicine to videogames.

View Award 2009: Call For Entries
Last year, the VIEW Award brought forth some astonishingly talented animators into the public and industry spotlight.
After the international success of the Virtuality Award juried in 2005, 2006 and 2007, 2008, the 2009 contest is ready to widen its scope with new themes, new subjects and new contestants.
For the first time, in fact, this year VIEW will include both students and non students works, making our contest more appealing then ever.
However, works by students will be especially welcome, since VIEW will always be the place to express and discover new Digital Talents.
So here's your chance!
If you have made an animated short with 3D animation and VFX in the last 4 years that is from 2006 to 2009 - we are interested in receiving your work.
ITALIANMIX 2009: CALL FOR ENTRIES
ITALIANMIX is looking for INNOVATIVE, CREATIVE and INSPIRING works by Italian filmmakers or by foreign filmmakers but having as their topic Italy or Italian subjects for ITALIANMIX to be included in the VIEWFest 2009 program in Turin and on the VIEWFest ITALIANMIX DVD. ITALIANMIX welcomes works in all genres and visual forms. An exciting and unique opportunity addressed to Italian filmmakers, digital artists, and other creative professionals, to gain valuable exposure for their works in an international professional venue.
