| Description |
This course presents an overview of ISO 14644 series of documents. Emphasis of this tutorial is on ISO 14644 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments-Part 2: Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued compliance with ISO 14644-1. ISO 14644-2 specifies which tests are required to characterize the performance of cleanrooms and clean zones. Instructor Robert Mielke is Secretary of ISO/TC 209 and representative on the ISO Working Group that wrote the new Standard drafts. This tutorial will include the impact of pending revision of Part 2. This course will include a copy of ISO 14644-2.
