| Description |
This course covers the requirements of ISO 14644 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments-Part 1: Classification of air cleanliness. ISO 14644-1 addresses the requirements for characterizing the particle count performance of air in cleanrooms and clean zones. Proposed revisions to the requirements of the documentin order to facilitate compliance will be discussed. IEST recommends those who specify, operate, or test cleanrooms should enroll. This course will include a copy of ISO 14644-1.
