â—‡ The 5th China International Vending & Kiosk Show 2008 and the 3rd China International Vending & Kiosk Summit 2008 came to a close successfully on June 26 - 28 at Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center in Shanghai;
â—‡ The show floor area covered 4500 sq.m., increasing by 36% over last event;
â—‡ 6 major overseas associations participated in this industry event and won the support of 18 overseas professional media;
â—‡ 8 sessions of seminars were all delivered splendidly, where senior specialists made the on-site questions and answers free of charge and offered good ideas for the development of the industry;
â—‡ The number of exhibitors was increased by 57% over last event, among which overseas exhibitors were increased by 25%. The exhibitor satisfaction rate is 91%;
â—‡ The number of professional visitors was 5670, among which overseas visitors occupied 35% and came from 35 countries and areas. The visitor satisfaction rate is 83%;
â—‡ 85.1% overseas exhibitors and 76.2% domestic exhibitors have reserved booths at the China Vending & Kiosk Show 2009.

■ Participation Fees: ★ 9 m2 Standard Booth: Domestic enterprises: RMB13,000.00/Booth Joint-venture enterprises: RMB15,000.00/Booth Foreign-invested enterprises: RMB18,000.00/Booth Each standard booth consists of 3-sided partitions, company sign in Chinese and English, 1 reception table, 2 folding chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 220V/5A power socket, fully-floored carpet, cleaning and security. Note: 20% surcharge shall be levied for reservation of a corner booth with 2-side openings. ★ Indoor Raw Space: Domestic enterprises: RMB1,300.00/Sq.m Joint-venture enterprises: RMB1,500.00/Sq.m Foreign-invested enterprises: RMB1,800.00/Sq.m Note: Each raw space shall be rented with minimum 36 sq.m. It is only a show space exclusive of any furniture or facilities. ★ Exhibition Service Fee: RMB500.00 per person (including: lunches during the show, drinks, banquet, souvenirs, and exhibition materials). ■ Technical Seminars: Each seminar is limited within 2 hours and charged at RMB 6,000.00 per 45 minutes and RMB8,000.00 per 60 minutes. Please send the outline of seminar contents to the Organizer in advance. ■ Participation Procedures: 1. Exhibitors should fill out the Application Form (Exhibit Space Contract). The contents filled in the Application Form will be published in the Show Catalogue, so typewriting or formal handwriting in Chinese and English is required. Meanwhile, booth selection on the Exhibition Floor Plan should be submitted together with the Application Form by email or fax to the Organizer; 2. Please make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by wire transfer or in person to the Organizer within 7 working days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled before May 1, 2009. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of “first-come-first-served” in terms of application and payment date; 3. Upon payment of all the fees, exhibitors are required to fax the note of the bank transfer to the Organizer; 4. After receiving the booth rental, the Organizer will send a copy of Exhibitor’s Manual to the exhibitor two months before the opening of the exhibition.
