We believe that it is only through the interaction between influential and successful women leaders from a variety of fields that you can motivate more women to strive for positions of leadership both in government and the private sector. A.I.I strives to create an on-going forum where women can meet and find the direction you are looking for.
So with that said, excellent communication, legislation and supportive mentorship are increasingly important in today’s business and government because of the ever increasing demands of being a pioneer of your chosen career. This bodes well for women of all industries. The world will need to make room for greater freedom and creativity if it hopes to keep the best and brightest women for the long-term. Women will need to build bridges between where we are today and where we hope to be in the future.

This years event is packed with even more inspirational women in business, the public sector and state owned enterprises than ever before!
