The Aim:
Promotion of Human Rights idea among law students and young lawyers;
Acquaintance of students and graduate students with the practice of cases consideration in the European Court of Human Right;
Involving law students and young lawyers in discussion of problems which exist in activity of the European Court of Human Rights

Short description of the event:
Conference implies reports of the participants (international human rights experts and young lawyers), their discussions on the problematic issues. Specialists from leading universities, NGOs, which deal with Human Rights protection, the Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, the Governmental Commissioner on ECHR affairs, the Representative of Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights are expecting to participate in the conference.

Sections of the Conference:

I Section - European Court of Human Rights: principles of organization and activity;
II Section - Jurisdiction, procedure and admission problems in the ECHR;
III Section - Peculiarities of consideration on some kind of cases;
IV Section - The impact of ECHR Decisions on national legislation and application practice

Publication of the theses:
If you want your report or theses of the report to be included into the volume of the conference materials please send them till the 20th of March on the email address:
Publication of the volume of the conference materials will take place before the beginning of the conference and will be distributed among the participants during the event.
