| Description |
The conference is inviting well known nursing experts from China and overseas to submit papers for presentation and also calling for participation. Nursing policy makers, clinical practitioners, researchers, educators, students and people who are interested in nursing from around the world are invited to this bi-annual conference to discuss the current nursing situation and its trends. Papers selected will be edited and published in the “2009 Shanghai International Nursing Conference Paper Collection”. The conference is also selecting excellent papers, for which authors will be issued the certificate of excellent paper, and papers will be recommended to "Shanghai Nursing" to be published.
The topics for papers are as the followings:
Clinic Nursing, Disaster Nursing, Community-based Nursing, Infection control-Nursing Management, Nursing Education, Evidence-based Nursing, Research and Theory for Nursing, The role and function of nursing society.

| Additional Information |
All papers need to be within 2500 words and abstract no more than 800 words (including objectives, methods, results and conclusions). Please send your abstract (or paper) in attached PDF or word document before Aug 31 2009; for selected abastracts (or papers), we will notify author(s) for Oral or Poster presentation accordingly;
All papers need to be provided no more than 50 words brief information on the authors (including name(s), date of birth, education, professional title, profession and contact details including email address);
All papers should not be published in any Chinese national journals before, nor be presented in any Chinese national conferences;
If the project is funded, please provide a photocopy of the funding approval for reference.
Deadline for abstract submission is Aug 31, 2009. Deadline for paper/presentation submission is Oct 15, 2009.
