Join us for this intensive, hands-on training to build the skills necessary to manage all levels of your phonathon. We will focus on how the phonathon fits into the big picture at your institution and how to develop your efforts for the greatest returns.

Our faculty will work with you to rethink and rebuild your skills in segmenting, scripting, calling techniques, and recruiting and retaining student callers. This program is work-intensive – you will be taught the required skills and will apply them during working sessions.
