Thursday
4 – 7 PM Registration opens and Hospitality room
7:30 PM National Board of Directors Meeting
Find out what the HOOPLA’S about!
May dine at hotel or at various eateries in the area, (dinner on your own) get reacquainted with everyone, play cards, dominos, swim, tennis courts.
Hospitality room reopens 8:00 to Midnight ??
Friday July 10 7 – 8 AM Registration open
7:00 AM Buffet Breakfast in Restaurant (part of package)
Bus 1 8.30 AM We will split the buses, one bus will go to Toyota Manufacturing for a tour of the Georgetown plant where they manufacture the Camry, Avalon and the new Venza. This is a must see tour. The tour takes 1 ½ hours plus a little time in visitor center No Purses, Backpacks, Cameras and Valid Picture ID Required.
Bus 2 8:30 AM Second bus will go to Woodford Reserve Bourbon Distillery for tour starts 9:30 AM. Tour will last 1 1/2 hrs plus gift shop
11:30 AM Board bus to go to lunch
Noon Buses will meet up at Golden Corral Restaurant in Georgetown. (Lunch on your own)1:30 PM Board your bus to do a reversal of the tours.
Back to hotel 4:00 PM Back to the hotel for a quick change of clothes, bring something warm for outside all evening.
Get lawn chairs out of your car
4:00 – 5 PM Registration open for short time
5:30 PM Board bus again and head for Talon Winery. There feast awaits us. With a night filled with music and enjoying the Kentucky evening. We will need to bring lawn chairs and load them up into the bus.
10:00 PM Board bus back to hotel and a good nights rest. BECAUSE
Saturday July 11
6:45 AM Board bus for a breakfast trip to Keeneland Race Track, where we will have breakfast with the jockeys and trainers, watch the morning workout and tour the famous track. You can find lots of souvenirs at their gift shop. ??? Buses load for a trip to Kentucky Horse Park
12:00 Lunch on the grounds at Kentucky Horse Park (part of the package)
3:00 PM (Approx) Board buses to come back to hotel (can split the times buses leave to hotel)
3:00 PM Free Time Ask for a list of close places to visit.
5:00 – 6 PM Registration Desk open
6:15 PM Dinner
7:15 PM Speaker, a Representative from the
World Equestrian Games 2010
7:45 PM Fund Raisers
8:30 PM Dance to DJ
Hospitality Room open from 10 – 12:30
Sunday 8:00 AM Farewell Breakfast & Farwell Hugs & Devotional

Come early or stay late lots more to see and do in Lexington,Kentucky!
Ramada Conference Center of Lexington: Cost for King or double beds are $84.99 plus tax $96.41 for 2 per room with $5.00 each additional person. Will need to let the registration desk know there will be (2) ,(3) or (4) in a room you will need breakfast vouchers. Handicap rooms are available and special diet needs. Call early: Room reservation deadline is June 29th

THOROUGHBRED PACKAGE: Thursday thru Sunday: $136.00 (includes all meals except 1 lunch) two days of buses, a lot of tours, dance and entertainment).
STALLION PACKAGE: Friday Thru Sunday: - $136.00 (includes all meals except 1lunch, tours, dance, 2 days of buses, dance, and entertainment).
MARE PACKAGE: Saturday and Sunday Only: $95.00 (all meals, tours, buses, dance, and entertainment).
FILLY PACKAGE: Friday only: $55.00 (2 meals, tours, buses, dinner, dance)
PONY PACKAGE: Saturday Dinner and Dance only: $38.00
COLT PACKAGE: Dance Only: $11.00
