The ICAINN 2009 aims at bringing together the researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students in all areas of Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks, and provides an international forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices. The conference focuses on the frontier topics in the Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks subjects. The Conference proceeding will be published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Press. All the accepted papers will be submitted to the major indexing service for indexing, such as INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services.
