Maximize Employee ROI: Manage people with results
|Event Date/Time: Jun 08, 2009|
The event will take management theory and turn it into the knowledge and skills that managers can start using with effect right away.
In the current economic climate, organisations are seeking to do more with less and maximising employee return is often a neglected approach. Rather than simply reducing employee headcount through either passive or proactive measures will help delegates increase employee productivity through tried and tested tactics.
Following an overview of the different methods of maximising the ROI on employees, the workshop will focus on four key areas;
Recruitment, retention and development
Creating a flexible workforce
The role of the manager
Delegates will have opportunities to share their experiences and questions with both the facilitators and course colleagues. Where appropriate, there will be opportunities for specific delegate issues to be explored in depth.
Reasons to Attend:
Gain knowledge of the latest research, learn skills and acquire tools, all of which are designed to be used in your workplace
Time to talk to the facilitators and other delegates to share experiences and explore your particular issues
Expand your networking pool
