| Description |
Intellectual discipline is essential to the educated mind. Critical thinking requires the cultivation of core intellectual virtues such as intellectual humility, perseverance, integrity, and responsibility. A rich intellectual environment, alive with curious and determined students, is possible only with critical thinking at the foundation of the educational process.
The Foundation’s team of distinguished presenters knows how to lay the necessary foundations, and then build for the future through follow-up workshops. Highly practical, each workshop is designed to ensure that participants think their way through critical thinking concepts and principles and then apply these concepts and principles to the redesign of instruction.
All conference sessions will be designed to converge on basic critical thinking principles and to enrich a core concept of critical thinking with practical teaching and learning strategies.
