Program Builds Scientists’ and
IT Professionals’ Leadership Skills
Organizations depend on their scientists and IT professionals to perform their leadership tasks as effectively as they conduct their individual research work. However, as most technical professionals lack management experience and insight, few consistently perform leadership tasks at high levels.
The May 18-19 Leadership Institute for Science and Technology improves participants’ performance in the communications and leadership tasks that matter most for organizational productivity and innovation. Focusing on the special challenges and opportunities technical leaders face, the intense, dynamic program includes 360 surveys of each participant. To ensure that participants not only understand core concepts but apply program insights, the program includes follow up coaching.
Program director Dr. William Ronco, himself a Ph.D. from MIT, works extensively providing leadership, team and partnering training in biotech, software, engineering and government organizations. Author of The Partnering Solution (Career Press, 2005), he has consulted globally on improving leadership and partnering performance in outsourcing, alliances, mergers and acquisitions.
The Leadership Institute is held at the KlingStubbins Learning Center at 1030 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge. For program details and registration information, visit program website www.scitechleadership.com or contact Dr. William Ronco at Gathering Pace, Inc, (781) 275-2424 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
