Description Building on the momentum of their membership base, the EcSELL Institute Sales Executive Summit will bring together VP sales and sales managers from every corner of the USA and Canada for hands-on learning, rich discussion, and an opportunity to meet with and learn from world renowned experts in the seven key areas that impact sales productivity. The event will be held July 28-29, 2009 at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay, CA.

Mary Uhl-Bien, PH.D. and Howard Hawks Chair in Business Ethics and Leadership and Director of the Global Leadership Institute, will redefine leadership through the application of 21st century leadership theories that will improve sales productivity.

Kimberly Rath, President of Talent Plus, will show attendees how to maximize sales team performance by leveraging the differences between selection vs. hiring and talent vs. training.

Ken Rudin, Founder of LucidEra, will help sales managers identify hidden metrics that are proven to enhance sales effectiveness.
