Description
A full five day course aimed at middle and senior executives, professionals and civil servants working in the international financial services industry worldwide. As well as comparative business law and taxation, the course also covers regulatory and international political issues affecting the industry. The intent is to familiarise the attendees with all aspects of the tools, the techniques and the jurisdictions used in international financial services, primarily in the private client and fiduciary fields, as well as international issues affecting the evolution of the industry. This is done by lectures and tutorials from distinguished practitioners and academics from around the world, as well as through studying specific case-histories and topical issues.
