Dear Colleague,
ExL's 2006 Trial Design Innovation Conference was the first conference facilitating discussion on the benefits of deviating from standard drug development and outlining strategies for integrating adaptive designs into your current projects to decrease risk and increase the probability of success. Responding to increased interest in adaptive trials, over the next few years multiple events on the topic emerged with ExL distinguishing itself as the leader by consistently delivering relevant research-driven topics and the highest caliber of speakers.
Following direction from loyal conference participants we are adopting a new structure for this year's event featuring several extended case study examples presented by multiple members of the clinical teams detailing different aspects of the adaptive trial design process. This format provides perspectives from varying team members with different responsibilities throughout the duration of the trial, presenting a well rounded overview of the entire execution process from inception to results. The new format also integrates a selection of breakout sessions and roundtables on different topics to maximize interactivity and allow participants to choose to discuss only those topics that are relevant to them.
