Conference Impression
Globalization along with economic and political turbulences and information technology revolution tends to bring radiant transitions in business and management structures and systems particularly after 2000s. These transitions brought paradigm shifts in business practices like functional business practice to process reengineering and standard products to customization and in management practices such as division of labour and specialization to generalization and multi-skills. However the recent global economic slowdown would tend to reverse the process. These transitions aimed at change leaders and are centered on building competencies to be vibrant and competitive in the ever-changing economies.
