This course focuses on the most common pediatric presentations to a community hospital. Starting the day with a strong foundation between adult and pediatric anatomy and physiology, rapid from-(sick vs. not sick), and continuing with a review of the self presenting conditions we see the most. Practical, take home-or-to-work recognition, assessment and treatment of the sick child.
This course is geared to ED Nurses, School Nurses, Pediatric Nurses and any nurse looking to brush up on their pediatric skills.
