The Annual Corporate Finance Conference covers the topics of raising debt and capital in times of crises, private equity, bond issues, IPO:s in local and foreign markets, securitization, debt classification, venture capital, reversed mergers, unrated bonds, credit, institutional credit, bank credit, mezzanine, M&A as well as other associated subjects.
Target audience: CFO’s of medium and large sized private and public companies, financial managers, bankers, the regulatory authorities representatives, analysts, rating agencies’ representatives, lawyers, accountants, economists and underwriters.
The 2008 conference: the event was attended by more than 600 senior CFO’s and CEO’s and was widely covered in the press.

The establishment of the non-bank financing market – as yet a still incomplete revolution – together with increased complementary financing means have destabilized the old banking hegemony. The current crisis has placed new challenges on firms and financing sources.
The basic idea of the Annual Corporate Finance Conference is to create a platform for the professional community that enables professional, continual and profound discourse on the issues and challenges on the agenda, thereby contributing to its formation. The conference will deal with three main areas: share capital market (private or public), debit market, mergers and acquisitions.
