This conference is about moving beyond policy development as an end in itself and emphasizing delivery as an integrated part of the policy process. Polivery will engage the community on the subjects of policy development, communication, implementation, evaluation, and renewal; and to foster a receptive atmosphere for the modernization of policy practice in the OPS.
