Cancer care continues to evolve as new discoveries change diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to cancer management. The ability to monitor cellular pathology and drug effectiveness is growing, leading to predictions of therapeutic success and individualized cancer therapy. As choices of therapies become more complex, communication with patients and families become more of a challenge.
