what markets the gas can hope to penetrate, the policies B.C. is establishing to encourage development and the efforts that are being made and will need to be made to provide key infrastructure.
This Insight program will allow those who are already involved in the area the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in government policy, regulatory and judicial decisions affecting development and the development of infrastructure. For those not yet active in the area, the conference will give a timely overview of all aspects of this
exciting opportunity. For lawyers with clients operating in these areas, there will be an intensive workshop on the last afternoon focusing on the legal issues that are prominent in NE B.C. development including the extent to which B.C. should be considered a distinct legal environment when it comes to developing its natural gas potential.
The presentations of sessions will give you an in-depth analysis of these issues and give you an opportunity to express your own points of view, ask whatever questions might interest you and network with your colleagues in industry and government.
