Bringing together Heads of Geospatial Intelligence, GIS, Remote Sensing, Operations, and Imagery and Analysis, the conference provides a unique forum to discuss and debate the development of geospatial intelligence capabilities across the globe.

As the conference is focusing on key challenges for the defence and national security GIS community, we are bringing you the latest case studies of effective and innovative GIS use in-theatre and in national security operations.

1.Operational Focus – You will hear even more operational case studies from in-theatre operations around the world. This will include case studies from: Afghanistan, Latin America, USA, Europe, Israel and the Middle East.

2.International Focus – The conference will be growing with presentations and delegates from most European countries: UK, France, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Italy as well as the USA, Israel and Latin America.

3.GIS Architecture Focus – We are developing a new conference stream focused on GIS architecture. This conference stream is designed to give your capability and IT architects the strategies and ideas they need to implement an effective and interoperable GIS capability in your organisation. You need to bring your team to the conference to fully benefit from all the case studies and strategic presentations from around the world

4. National Security Focus – With London preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games, we are building a special session focused on GIS strategies for the Olympic Games. Ordnance Survey, British Transport Police and many other organizations will be giving briefs on their Olympic GIS strategies.
