A debate held by Luso-Asian Forum, an independent non-lucrative association located in Lisbon (Portugal) with a branch in Macao (China). The debate takes place in 10th September, 2009, at 18:30h at Macau Post Auditorium in Central Macau. The panel is formed by Jorge N. Valente, president of the BAR Association, Ricardo Pinto, director of "Ponto Final", António Trindade, general-manager CESL-ASIA, a member of the Macanese community.
