1. Only MS word files will be accepted for paper submission
2. The papers should be sent as e-mail attachments
All received papers will be acknowledged.
3.Papers will go through a blind review process.
4. Each paper should have an abstract of about 200 words and should include information on objectives, relevance of the study, methodology, findings, conclusions and recommendations (where applicable).
5.Each paper should be within 8000 words, Times New Roman style characters, 12 point font size and 1.5 spacing between lines.
6.Each paper should have a cover page stating the Title, Author’s name and Institute Affiliation.
7. The name of the author with whom correspondence need to be initiated in case of joint paper should be mentioned.
8.The cover page must also include the authors E-mail, Phone No. and Fax number.
9. The brief CV in about 5-6 lines also needs to be there about the author
The authors must certify that the paper is original and has not been published elsewhere.
10. Papers and presentation must be in English.
11.The referencing style in the main text and end of text is given on website of conference for details log on to www.healthconclave.co.in

Paper Presentation Poster presentation related to the main theme and sub-themes of the conference. The details guidelines for submission and designing the poster are available at www.healthconclave.co.in STUDENT PAPER CONTEST There will be a separate session for papers authored independently by students pursuing their post graduation in the conference. AWARDS No delegate fee will be charged from the first author of the Paper There will be special award for the “Best Paper Presented” in student session. REGISTRATION DETAILS Registration fee includes conference participation fee, conference kit, networking lunch & hi-tea etc. Registration fee does not include boarding, lodging and travel expenses.
