ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College, is a self financing institution established in the year 1977. This is the first ever Engineering college in the state of Andhrapradesh (A.P.) in India offering higher engineering education in private sector The institution is ideally located in a vast expanse of 40 acres of land on the out skirts of Vijayawada city at a distance of about 6 Kms from the city centre. There are seven engineering departments which include, Electonics and Instrumentation (EIE), Electronics and Communications (ECE), Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science (CSE) and Information Technology (IT). All the departments offer undergraduate programmes. Post graduate programmes are offered by ECE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical, CSE. Further, MCA and MBA programmes are offered.
Apart from these, there are basic sciences and social sciences departments. There are R&D centres in each department pursuing Research and Development activities. There is a full fledged employment placement and training cell. The overall student strength is around 4000. The faculty strength is around 280. The engineering college is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical education (AICTE) and all the seven departments are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is cited as among the top five Engineering colleges in A.P. and is the top college in the coastal region. ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
We have derived our enthusiasm to conduct the international conference from the innumerable articles written in IEEE transactions on Aerospace electronics systems (IEEE-AES) and the very successful launch of Chandrayan (ISRO) and Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) by Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) in India. Another prime mover which propelled our thinking is that this is probably the first such conference on this subject that will be conducted in this part of the coastal region. It is to be pointed out that there are many R&D institutions and Production agencies in India doing monumental work in the area of Aerospace Electronics & Communication Systems and Instrumentation such as DRDO, ISRO, HAL, NAL, ADA, BEL etc., Apart from this, there are the IITs , IIST, National Institutes, Universities & Engineering Colleges contributing significantly towards research and product development in this specialized area. It is the intention of this conference to bring the experts and the young researchers working in this field in India and Abroad together so that there is fruitful exchange of views and interaction among various researchers across the world. The current and future trends in this important area of activity can be assessed and problem areas can be identified and useful research and product development can take place in a direction that can benefit the current and future generations..

INFORMATION ON PAPER SUBMISSION
1. An abstract along with results as a self-contained description of the paper not exceeding two A4 size pages should be submitted
(in Times New Roman – 12 font size).
2. Along with the abstract, the full address for communication of the author with e-mail ID and the main topic along with the sub-topic of the conference, where the abstract fits in, should be mentioned. The author, to whom the communication should be made, must be clearly mentioned.
3. After the acceptance of the abstracts, the full length paper along with Biodata in word two column format (no more than 10 lines) along with the Photograph as in any standard IEEE paper and Copy right given to Convener, ASECI-10 should reach the Convener of the conference within the dead line following IEEE guidelines, given at www.ieee.org.in
4. High standards are to be ensured in all contributed papers and all papers will be reviewed by the competent reviewers. Based on the comments of the reviewers, the organizers will decide on the acceptance of the papers.
5. On final acceptance of the paper, one hard copy and a soft copy (.doc file) of the abstract and the full - length paper will have to be sent to the Convener in the prescribed format given at sl.no.3 above.
6. All selected papers will be included in the proceedings of the conference on registration. At least one registration for the conference is mandatory for every accepted paper.
